Dave Gove spent 16 years working for RM plc in project and service management roles before moving to the Capita Group where he held the positions of Managing Director and Business Unit Director for a number of software companies. Since leaving Capita Dave has founded a number of successful software companies including Schoolcomms.

Sarah Pyne has worked in collaborative Network Service Improvement roles in Healthcare for nearly 10 years, leading and facilitating Professional and Patient groups and endeavours, she also lectured at Oxford Brookes University and was pivotal in setting up a Regional Researcher-Patient forum. More recently Sarah has worked in a Sales and Entrepreneurship International Company in a Rewards & Recognition Role. Sarah loves all aspects of communication, especially when it brings people together for a shared purpose and enriches peoples' lives, which is why she is so delighted to be part of the StartupTortoise team.
